What is Disney Hospitality Days?
Disney Hospitality Days is an experience-based learning program that includes admission into the Florida-based Disney Theme Parks and other gated attractions.

Can I link my Hospitality Days pass to my account?
At this time, please do NOT link your Main pass or your Guest pass to a My Disney Experience account. Linking incorrectly may cause your pass to become invalid.

Who is eligible to participate?
The program is offered exclusively to select companies who are contracted with the Walt Disney World® Resort to sell Disney Theme Park tickets. Eligibility for this program is determined by the contractual relationship between the Walt Disney World® Resort and the client company.

My company is not currently part of the Disney Hospitality Days Program; how do we register?
At this time, we are not adding additional companies to the program.

Who is the contact for my company?
If you have questions, please see your leader for assistance.

Can I request more than one pass if I work at multiple locations?
Eligible recipients may request one Hospitality Pass per calendar year, regardless of how many locations you may work. Multiple requests may result in expulsion from the Hospitality Days program.

How do I find out what parks I have already visited?
You may check usage at any Guest Services Ticket Window at the four Walt Disney World® Theme Parks or Disney Springs.

Is it possible to use the Disney hospitality pass to enter same park more than one time?
The Disney Hospitality Days Pass entitles the pass holder and his or her Guest admission to each of the specific locations one (1) time, and is not valid for re-entry back into the park.

I forgot to write down my confirmation code, should I register again?
Requesting multiple passes with the same or different address/personal information may result in expulsion from the Hospitality Days program. We are unable to provide confirmation codes, but your HR representative/Hospitality Days admin has access to all requests for your company.

Who do I contact for my company code?
Please contact your HR representative/Hospitality Days admin or leader to obtain your company code.

What if I spelled my name incorrectly when registering?
Tickets cannot be modified once printed, so please use extra caution that you enter all requested information correctly.

How are passes distributed?
Passes are distributed quarterly. Please see your leader for additional assistance.

How do I check the status of my request?
Please click the "Check Status" button at the top of the Hospitality Days page and enter your confirmation code. There, you will be able to determine if your request is in the "Hold," "Started," "Denied," or "Approved" phase of the process.
