  • Currently there are no block-out dates for the Water Parks. Please refer to the Block Out Dates prior to your visit to ensure block-out dates have not been added.
  • To see what parks have already been visited, you may check usage at any Guest Services Ticket Window at the four Walt Disney World® Theme Parks or Disney Springs.
  • To retrieve your confirmation code, please contact your HR representative/Hospitality Days admin or leader.

Welcome to the new and enhanced Disney Hospitality Days program!

Hospitality Days passes are now fulfilled on a quarterly basis: January, April, July and October*.

  • Requests submitted and approved by the 15th of each fulfillment month (January, April, July, and October) should be received within 30 days.
  • Hospitality Day passes are valid for one year.
  • Passholders are only eligible for one Hospitality Days pass per one-year period.
  • Requesting more than one pass within a one-year period may void pass entitlements.
  • Passholders who work at more than one Guest Service location are still only eligible for one Hospitality Days pass. Duplicate requests will be deleted.
