Hospitality Days Passes are now picked up by the location administrator. If you have questions regarding this new process, please contact your Disney Sales Manager.
Passes are fulfilled on a quarterly basis: January, April, July and October*. Requests submitted and approved by the 15th of each fulfillment month should be ready for pick up within 30 days.
